Scandinavian Season Trade #2

Another trade for tonight using the Scandinavian Season set from the Holiday Mini Catalog. This is another quick and easy card, but packs a punch.

I stamped the snowflake image from the set randomly with Kiwi Kiss ink on about 2/3 of the card base and used a strip of the Ski Slope designer series paper as an accent behind the Christmas tree. I stamped the tree twice, one in Kiwi Kiss and once in Riding Hood Red. I cut out the small red flower and popped it up using Dimensionals. I also added a small vanilla half-pearl as an embellishment.

We'll probably be making a card similar to this at my 10 Cards for $10 this Saturday. The theme is Christmas cards, so this will fit perfectly. I will probably use a different color scheme, though, using some of the other paper from the Ski Slope dsp.

Stamps
: Scandinavian Season
Paper: Kiwi Kiss, Very Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Ski Slope dsp
Ink: Kiwi Kiss, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: vanilla half-pearl (Pretties Kit), Dimensionals
