Snip & Tuck Cupcake Card + A Winner!

Today's card is called a "Snip & Tuck" card, because of the unique opening. These are so fun to make!

Stamps: Create a Cupcake, Tiny Tags, Dot, Dot, Dot
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, Pumpkin Pie dsp
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Tempting Turquoise
Accessories: Real Red narrow grosgrain ribbon, Medium Jewelry Tag punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, Scallop Circle punch, Build a Cupcake punch, Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack, Basic Rhinestones, Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch

Julie Davison has a fantastic tutorial on her blog, if you want to make one for yourself. I used my Build a Cupcake punch and coordinating Create a Cupcake stamp set.
