Confession time: I really enjoy making thank you cards, but I am absolutely TERRIBLE at actually giving them to people. I don't know why, either! I often will make a card with a specific person in mind and can't get my act together to mail or hand-deliver the darn thing. Well, I'm setting a goal for myself. I WILL send a thank you note once a week, starting with this card right here.

This card just makes me want to cheer - yeah, me! When I saw this sketch, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted to make, and this card came together fairly quickly. I think the card makin' mojo is back, baby! Wahoo! I'm using up some more of my retiring goodies - the designer paper, In Color card stock and ribbon, as well as the stamp set (
